Looking around the circle of girls there, I was amazed at how faithful God is. Every single *original* member has had a major prayer request answered since we started meeting about a year ago. Two girls found jobs they loved, two girls had or are expecting their first baby, one girl got engaged, and I am being promoted to a SAHM. Incredible.
We enjoyed dessert and then got down to business....picking our next book! These were the contenders....

#5In the end, the group chose.......number THREE, "The Happiness Project". I'm stoked....it's different then anything else we've read before. My only dilemma though is that I want to read every single other book too!!!! I am going to hold off on reading #1...it was our second pick so we'll read that next time I think. I'm really interested in #5 too.....I'll probably start reading that after I finish my totally superficial Tori Spelling books after the holidays!

So fun! I haven't read any of those but they all look great! Funny - as i was scrolling thru, i thought The Happiness Project seemed really interesting! Can't wait to hear about it!

i haven't read any of these books...i read more superficial books like tori spelling :) what tori spelling book are you reading? i thought the 2nd one was pretty boring but liked the 1st one :)
I have read the Beth Moore book on Insecurity. Life changing for those few of us with insecurity issues...
My mom's book club read The Happiness Project, and they LOVED it!
